Even though the Mayor and his appointed chair of the Zoning Advisory Committee officially “cancelled” meetings without the consent of the majority, ZAC members will still meet and discuss proposed changes to the Village of Ballston Spa Zoning code which will be updated for the first time in decades this year.

The Public is welcome to join the ZAC on the first & third Thursday of the month at 7PM at 50 West High Street in the auditorium. See below for details copied from the Village website:

Zoning Advisory Committee Meeting Dates for 2025

• The ZAC will meet at 50 West High Street in the Cornell Cooperative Extension Auditorium and have the technology equipment reserved for use.

• The ZAC will meet on the first and third Thursdays of each month, unless the group decides to cancel the meeting. Additional meetings will be scheduled for public workshops or presentations.

• The ZAC has the entire Auditorium, unless another group requests to use the “kitchen side”.

• On February 6th the ZAC will meet in the Cornell Room. This room has limited space for public access.
